第一，圣经说人只死一次。「按着定命，人人都有一死，死后且有审判」（来9:27）。这节经文直截了当地否定了轮回：死亡是一次性的事件，之后是审判，不是再生。
第二，轮回的世界观与福音根本对立。轮回说你必须通过无数次的生死循环来偿还业力、净化灵魂。福音说你无法自救，但基督已经替你承担了一切——「如今，那些在基督耶稣里的就不定罪了」（罗8:1）。轮回是人靠自己修行，福音是上帝白白的恩典。

First, the Bible says we die once. It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment (Heb 9:27). This directly denies reincarnation: death is a one-time event followed by judgment, not rebirth.
Second, reincarnation's worldview fundamentally opposes the gospel. Reincarnation says you must pay off karma through countless death-rebirth cycles. The gospel says you cannot save yourself, but Christ bore everything for you: There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Rom 8:1). Reincarnation is self-salvation; the gospel is free grace.
Third, reincarnation devalues each life's uniqueness and dignity. Scripture teaches every person is uniquely created in God's image (Gen 1:27). Your life is one-of-a-kind, not one stop on a soul's journey.
Fourth, reincarnation's explanation of suffering is cruel. If suffering results from past-life karma, helping the suffering interferes with karma. Scripture says God cares for the suffering: The LORD is near to the brokenhearted (Ps 34:18).
Fifth, so-called past-life memories have other explanations: psychological suggestion, false memories, or even spiritual deception. These cannot serve as evidence for reincarnation.
Christianity's hope isn't cyclical reincarnation but bodily resurrection and eternal life: In my Father's house are many rooms (John 14:2).
